To start the quest, talk to the Priest in Lumbridge church.
Priest: Welcome to the church of holy saradomin
Player: I'm looking for a quest
Priest: That's lucky, I need someone to do a quest for me
Player: Ok, i'll help
Priest: Ok, the problem is there is a ghost in the church graveyard
Priest: I would like you to get rid of it
Priest: If you need any help
Priest: My friend father urhney is an expert on ghosts
Priest: I believe he is currently living as a hermit
Priest: He has a little shack somewhere in the swamps south of here
Priest: I'm sure if you told him that i sent you he'd be willing to help
Priest: My name is father aereck by the way
Priest: Be careful going through the swamps
Priest: I have heard they can be quite dangerous
Go west (behind Lumbridge Castle and through the forest). There is a house as far house as you can go with leather gloves hich keep respawning. Talk to Urhney.
Tell Urhney that father aereck sent you. Then tell Urhney that father aereck has a ghost haunting his graveyard. He talks to you and then finally gives you an amulet. Wear it.
Go back to the Lumbridge Church and into the graveyard. Talk to the ghost.
Now go to the Wizards Tower on the bottom floor and there is a skeleton guarding the ghost's skull. Take it and a skeleton will attack you. Run if you can't defeat him. Go back to the graveyard and use the skull with the ghost's coffin which is located inside the room.
You put the skull in the coffin
The ghost has vanished
